How an engagement can work.

Illustrative scenario

Channel operations for a YouTube creator

A YouTube creator wants help managing repetitive channel tasks. Nexus can design a workflow that monitors channel activity, prepares or repurposes content, schedules approved Shorts or videos, tracks performance and sends reports. Publishing follows the creator's permissions and approval rules.

  1. MonitorTrack channel activity, comments and performance on a set schedule.
  2. PrepareDraft or repurpose content, for example turning long videos into candidate Shorts.
  3. ApproveThe creator reviews the drafts and decides what gets published.
  4. ScheduleApproved Shorts or videos are scheduled, using only the permissions the creator has granted.
  5. ReportA regular performance summary goes to the creator.

  3. Build and connect

We set up the workflow and connect the tools it needs.

  4. Pilot with oversight

The workflow runs under close review until it performs as agreed.

  5. Manage and improve

FAQs

Questions about Nexus Autopilot.

Can't find what you need? Ask us directly.

Is the automation fully autonomous?

No, and for most work we don't recommend that. Each workflow runs within defined limits. Sensitive or public-facing actions, such as publishing content or messaging customers, can require human approval, and you control the permissions the workflow uses.

Which platforms can a workflow connect to?

That depends on each platform and the access it allows. We confirm feasibility, permissions and any platform limits during discovery, before setup begins.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the number of steps, systems and approval points. A recurring report is quicker to set up than a multi-step content workflow. You'll receive an estimate after discovery.

Who looks after the workflow once it's live?

We do, under your management agreement. That covers monitoring runs, handling errors and updating the workflow as your needs or the connected platforms change.

How is Autopilot different from Nexus Intelligence?

Nexus Intelligence builds a system that you own and use. Nexus Autopilot carries out recurring work for you as an ongoing operation. Some engagements use both: Intelligence builds the system and Autopilot runs it.

How is pricing structured?

Typically a setup or implementation fee, followed by a recurring fee for management and maintenance. We'll provide a quote once the workflow is scoped.
