The rules for using nexusaibusiness.com. These terms cover the website only. Any services Nexus provides are covered by a separate written agreement.

1. About these terms
This website presents Nexus AI & Business Solutions and is operated by Nexus AI & Business Solutions ("Nexus", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
2. Information on this website
The website describes the services Nexus offers or plans to offer through its three divisions. It is for general information only and is not an offer, quotation or contract. Service availability, scope, timelines, integrations and pricing are confirmed for each engagement during discovery and set out in a separate written agreement.
Examples, scenarios and use cases on the website are illustrations. They are not case studies, guarantees or promises of specific results.
3. Operations Console demo
The Operations Console page includes an interactive demo. All names, phone numbers, tracking numbers, figures and cases in it are invented, and values marked "illustrative" are not measured results. The demo runs in your browser for demonstration only, does not connect to any real system, and doesn't save what you do in it.
4. Enquiries and bookings
- Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation doesn't create an agreement or any obligation for you or for us. We may decline any enquiry.
- Consultations are booked through a Google Calendar booking page, which is also subject to Google's terms.
- Please give accurate information, and don't send confidential information, sensitive personal information or passwords through the website or by email before we've agreed how such information will be handled.
- We aim to reply to enquiries within 3 business days. This is a target, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- send spam, automated submissions or malicious code through the forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or connected services, or disrupt them;
- copy or scrape the website's content in bulk, or present it as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The website's content, design, text, graphics and demo belong to Nexus AI & Business Solutions and its founder, or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission. "Nexus" and "Nexus AI & Business Solutions" are used as brand names.
7. Third-party services and links
The website uses or links to services run by other companies, such as Google Calendar, Google Meet and Cloudflare. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nexus is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, or from relying on its general information, as opposed to advice given under a written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. This doesn't remove any rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.
